Custom Upper Leg Armour Inspired by the Effigy of Nicholas Fitzherbert (circa 1473)
Description: Our custom upper leg armour is meticulously crafted based on the effigy of Nicholas Fitzherbert, dating back to circa 1473. These upper legs are made to measure and feature precise fitting through a leg cast. The armour showcases deep vine fluting and a distinctive double wing on the poleyn, epitomizing the unique English style of 15th-century armour. (greaves are not inluced with this price but can be added for an additional cost, please enquire)
Materials and Finish:
Material: Mild Steel or Spring Steel
Finish: white polish or blued and brassed brushed elements (this is steel parts which are heated and coated with brass as a decorative top finish)

Historical Accuracy: Designed based on the effigy of Nicholas Fitzherbert for authenticity.
Decorative Elements: Deep vine fluting and double wing on the poleyn.

A revisit to the workshop is required near the 80% completion point for final adjustments and refinements.
