Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of the business, we have strict guidelines for Returns and Refunds.Example content image using the class .alignright

We are not able to accept returns except in exceptional circumstances --- example: - goods damaged in transit or a fault on our part (although we will always correct our mistakes at no cost). 80% of our business is by referral and these customers will have seen our work in use with other customers.

Most goods are made to a specific order; Armour is made to measure, and would not fit anyone else.

Non authorised buyers’ could not purchase weapons, past authorised buyers knew exactly what they’re getting and have return our goods only for repair work.

In the unlikely event a customer is not happy, we will consider refund of weapons, provided:
a] They had not been used;
b] We are unable to correct a fault made by us.
